Aulyn offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use.
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, lost or stolen items, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.
Jadeite is a natural gemstone and is delicate by nature. Jade rings can break if dropped, bent, or exposed to pressure — and breakage is not covered under our warranty.
Aulyn jewelry may develop a natural patina over time. This is not considered a defect and can often be polished with proper care.
Our pieces are made from solid gold, not plated. Slight variations or inclusions in jadeite are expected and reflect its authenticity.
Defects in materials or workmanship
Structural failure not caused by misuse
Loose or detached jade (if due to craftsmanship)
Scratches, dents, or natural tarnishing
Broken chains, bands, or settings due to force
Broken jade, including cracked or shattered rings
Any item modified, resized, or repaired by a third party
Exposure to harsh chemicals (e.g., cleaners, pools, spas)
If your item is found to be defective, we will:
Replace the item (if still available),
Or offer a store credit of equal or lesser value.
We also offer in-house repairs for eligible cases.

This lifetime warranty applies only to purchases made directly through aulyn.com or authorized Aulyn retailers. No agent, employee, or reseller is authorized to modify or extend this warranty. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction.
