We’re happy to help with your return. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth pickup and processing of your store credit.
Requesting a Pickup
To schedule your return pickup, please email us at sales@aulyn.com with the following information:

Your Order Number

Your Full Name
-
Your Pickup Address
-
Your Phone Number (required by the courier)

Your Preferred Pickup Date (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
We’ll reply with a confirmation and return label.
How to Prepare Your Return

Print the Return Label
If you’ve received a return label from us, print it out.
(Don’t have one? See below to request a pickup.) -
Attach the Label
Stick the return label over the original shipping label on the box. -
Package the Item Securely
Make sure your item is safely packed and ready for pickup.
After Pickup

Once your return has been shipped and received, we’ll issue store credit equal to the value of your original item.

A restocking fee may apply, depending on the item(s) returned and the condition. You’ll be informed of this when your return is processed.

You’ll receive an email with your credit details to use for placing a new order in the correct size.
