Aulyn offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use.
Important Notes

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, lost or stolen items, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.

Jadeite is a natural gemstone and is delicate by nature. Jade rings can break if dropped, bent, or exposed to pressure — and breakage is not covered under our warranty.

Aulyn jewelry may develop a natural patina over time. This is not considered a defect and can often be polished with proper care.

Our pieces are made from solid gold, not plated. Slight variations or inclusions in jadeite are expected and reflect its authenticity.
