Refund and Return Policy
At Aulyn, we take pride in crafting and shipping each piece with care. Please note that once your order leaves our studio, it is in the hands of third-party carriers. While we aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may happen due to factors beyond our control such as customs processing, holidays, or weather. We are not able to offer refunds for shipping delays, but we always work with our customers to achieve the best possible outcome in these cases.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original packaging with all tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, email us at sales@aulyn.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. This helps us cover handling, packaging, and quality control. You will be informed of any applicable restocking fees during the return approval process.

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, let us know right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please request a return first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at sales@aulyn.com.
