Shipping Information
Every Aulyn piece is handcrafted in Canada and prepared with care before it leaves our studio. Many of our pieces are made to order, so processing times can vary by item. We offer worldwide shipping with tracking on every order.
Processing Time
In-stock pieces are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional time depending on the design, materials, and current production schedule. If your order includes a made-to-order or custom item, we will confirm an estimated production timeline by email after your purchase.
Shipping Rates & Times
- Canada & United States: 3 to 6 business days. Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD. A flat shipping fee applies to orders under $100 CAD and is calculated at checkout.
- International: Delivery times vary by destination. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery Estimates
While we aim to deliver every order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, particularly for international or cross-border shipments. Customs clearance, local carrier delays, and other border-related issues can occasionally extend transit times. If any issue arises with your shipment, please reach out and we will do everything we can to help resolve it.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees collected by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, please contact us at sales@aulyn.com so we can investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
