Warranty Overview

Gold & Jade Jewelry:
Aulyn offers a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use.

Important Notes:
- Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, lost or stolen items, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.
- Aulyn jewelry will develop a natural patina over time. This is not considered a defect and can often be polished away with proper care.
- Our pieces are not plated—they are made from solid gold. However, as jade is a natural gemstone, minor variations and inclusions are to be expected.

What’s Covered

- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Structural failure not caused by misuse
- Loose or detached jade (if due to craftsmanship)

What’s Not Covered

- Scratches, dents, or natural tarnishing
- Broken chains, bands, or settings due to force
- Any item modified, resized, or repaired by a third party
- Exposure to harsh chemicals (cleaners, pools, spas, etc.)

Resolution Options

If your item is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will:
- Replace the item (if still available),
- Or provide a store credit of equal or lesser value.

We do also offer in-house repairs.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please email us at sales@aulyn.com with the following:
1. Your original order number or proof of purchase  
2. A clear description of the issue  
3. Photos showing the item and the defect  

Once received, our team will assess the claim and guide you through the next steps.
